Südost Autobahn, Austria
The Südost Autobahn (A3; 'Southeast Motorway') is a motorway, or ‘Autobahn’, in Austria. It runs from the Süd Autobahn at the junction Knoten Guntramsdorf southeast to Eisenstadt. Near Eisenstadt the A3 ends, but it is planned to build the Südost Autobahn to the border with Hungary and merge with the M85 expressway (Hungary).
Length: 38 km (24 mi)
Regions: Lower Austria, Burgenland.
Major cities: Eisenstadt.
Speed limit: On Austrian autobahns a general speed limit of 130 km/h (81 mph) is set. While on the motorway voluntary stops, U-turns and backward driving are prohibited.
